London + Gift Art (Update)

It's official: I'm going to London in December.

It's a twelve-day trip from the day after Christmas to the 8th of January. The class I'll be taking is History of Medieval London for three credit hours. I've always wanted to go to England, so I'm really excited.

Ah yes, Anglophilia. That's such a wonderful term. I wish I were English. I'd be so much more sophistocated & polite & stuff.. with my tea and my crumpets and my secret special meetings with the queen. But I will tell you right now that the one thing I am most excited about is poking guardsmen. Well, that & reenacting scenes from V for Vendetta. :D

AHAHAHAHA

I'm English, and I'm afraid to tell you that the
englishmen of yore are a dying breed.

Today people are more likely to grunt at you.
I personally find it very upsetting, which is why I visit
my true englishman friend for tea every so often as
a refresher.

I can introduce you to one if you like?

P.S: If you like alternative clothes etc, go to a place
called Camden, it's a small area of "gothic" acceptance.
They're really nice there (well were when I was there).
I should be going back soon to find some new shoes.
